RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Plain and Non Custom orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the invoice date. The Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the return credit minus all freight and handling charges. Products must be brand new, unused, and in its original packaging accompanied with all accessories and a copy of the invoice will be accepted for credit. In the case that an error is made by California Lanyards, we will provide you with a return label. We will correct the mistake by sending the correct replacements. If this is the Buyer’s error, we do recommend placing a new order online for the correct products so we can process your new order right away while we wait for the return. 

Custom Printed – All sales are final! No refunds or returns are accepted. Please double check that all details of the order are correct before signing and approving the agreement. California Lanyards is not responsible for errors you failed to catch prior to submitting your order. The agreement is a legal bond in which you will take full responsibility by giving California Lanyards the authorization to move forward with your order. Please review your order carefully before giving us a signed or verbal agreement to proceed with your order. 

RMA – We do not provide RMAs. To ensure fast service, Buyer must include a copy of invoice corresponding to the order(s). Failure in providing invoice will result in delayed or non-service.

Refused Shipment –  If Buyer refuses entire/partial shipment and /or attempt to cancel or rescind this contract without legal excuse, California Lanyards may opt to recover liquidated damages, consisting of 15% of the total invoice price plus all freight and handling charges.
